How do I get to the Clinic?
Our Leixlip clinic is located inside the Leixlip Amenities Sports Centre, Leixlip. Our Lucan clinic is located inside the Aura Leisure Campus, Griffeen Valley, Lucan. There is ample free parking outside both clinics. Upon entering the Sports Centre the Receptionist will direct you to the Physio waiting area.

Cancellation Policy
Please note we have a cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your appointment under 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee, under 24 hours you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.
Can I claim back on my Health Insurance?
Yes. All of our chartered physiotherapists are registered members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. All of our Certified Athletic Therapists are certified members of Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI). How much you claim back depends on your provider.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. But we may ask for your GP’s details in order to inform them of any further investigations that may be required in line with best medical practice.
How long does the session typically last?
Your first visit lasts 40 minutes and includes treatment. Follow-up sessions last 30 minutes.
What to expect at my first session?
At Reflex Physiotherapy, we hear your story and take a detailed history. We complete a thorough assessment, clearly explain the diagnosis and form an individualized treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.
What should I wear?
Loose fitting attire. Trainers, shorts/tracksuit bottoms/leggings, T-shirt/vest tops are all reccommended.
If you are attending for a foot assessment/orthotics or running analysis, bring your running/walking shoes.
